Pappas Motel and Cottages                   Check in time is 4:00 pm.  Check out time is 11:00 am.   Times are firm.    Office is open until 10:00 pm.     
          
We provide all linens.  You will need to bring your favorite coffee, beach towels and camp chairs.  The adirondack chairs are for the lawn only.  
All of our rentals have air conditioning.  Yay!       

We have a no smoking anything or vaping policy anywhere inside any rental.  There are designated smoking / vaping areas outside.

No visitors.  This will be strictly enforced.   We restrict our rental units, facilities and beach for paying customers only, the number of which is agreed to in the reservation document.   THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.

Quiet motorcycles only.   No pets are allowed anywhere on the property.    No Fireworks of any kind are allowed at any time anywhere on the property.  
 
Motel rooms, 1 bedroom cottage #8, and the mobile home require full payment 7 days prior to your arrival.  Once full payment is received no refund will be given.
There is a 2 night minimum stay on weekends.  If at anytime after the reservation has been made you cancel 1 night of the 2 night stay your entire reservation will be cancelled. Two night mInimum stays are Friday/Saturday, Saturday/Sunday.  There are no refunds for early departures. 
Lakefront cottage.  Full payment is required 14 days prior to your arrival.  If at anytime after the reservation is made, including prior to full payment, you make changes to the number of days or dates reserved, your reservation may be cancelled.  Once full payment is received no refund will be given.
