Motel rooms, 1 bedroom cottage #8, and the mobile home require full payment 7 days prior to your arrival. 

Lakefront cottage #10 requires full payment 14 days prior to your arrival. 


Reservations made within 7 days  (14 days for lakefront cottage) of arrival require immediate full payment.

After full payment is received no refunds will be given.
