Harrisville, 5 miles north of us, has many quaint shops and restaurants, Sturgeon Point Lighthouse and Museum, Food and Wine Festival, the annual Labor Day Arts and Crafts Fair, and great fishing! Our area boasts several fabulous golf courses, and the Huron National Forest trails are another great way to enjoy the outdoors in summer or winter.

In Oscoda, 10 miles south, you can canoe or kayak on the famous AuSable River, enjoy the Annual Art by the Beach event, and feast in many of the popular local restaurants. The scenic by-way along the AuSable River is a gorgeous drive, especially in autumn.
